Syracuse football team booted from Section III playoffs; district to explore legal actions

Syracuse, N.Y. – Section III officials informed the Syracuse City School District on Tuesday that the Institute of Technology football team had been disqualified from the playoffs.
ITC was in the midst of its best season in program history with a 7-2 record and the No. 4 seed in the Class B playoffs.
